Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across modules
- Configure and customize applications (HRSD, ITSM, or other modules)
- Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub
- Build scripts: Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Workflows
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and production support
- Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance standards
- Prepare technical documentation, test scripts, and deployment artifacts
Support Agile delivery and participate in sprint activities
Required Skills & Experience
- 56+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
- Workflow / Flow Designer / Catalog development
- Service Catalog, Record Producers, UI customization
- Experience with integrations:
- REST & SOAP APIs
- Integration Hub, MID Server
- Knowledge of CMDB and platform administration
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
