Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, integrations, and customization, with the ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and catalog items.
• Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Develop and customize Service Portal components and widgets.
• Work on Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB modules.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, code reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure platform performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
