Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications and modules
- Customize and configure ServiceNow (forms, workflows, UI policies, business rules)
- Develop client-side and server-side scripts using JavaScript and Glide API [torchora.com]
- Work on ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD etc.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools via REST/SOAP APIs Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications
- Provide maintenance, upgrades, and ongoing support for ServiceNow platform
- Create and maintain technical documentation
