Servicenow developer

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow developer with expertise in ITBM to join our team at Han Digital Solution (P). The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
• Implement IT Business Management (ITBM) processes and workflows using ServiceNow tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on ServiceNow implementation.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for ServiceNow development.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its various modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, etc.
• Experience with IT Business Management (ITBM) principles and practices is required.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and HTML.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
