Key Responsibilities
Develop and customise applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Configure and maintain ACLs, UI Builder, Workspaces, and Service Catalog.
Build scalable solutions using JavaScript and ServiceNow best practices.
Develop workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
Design secure and scalable REST API integrations.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver enterprise platform enhancements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
7–12 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong expertise in CSM, Service Portal, UI Builder, and platform engineering.
Certification of CSA or CIS is mandatory.
Excellent knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and REST API integrations.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
