Servicenow Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ITSM solutions using ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for implementation.
• Develop custom workflows, business rules, and client scripts to meet client needs.
• Troubleshoot issues related to portal development and provide timely resolutions.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in Servicenow development with expertise in ACLs, Business Rules, UI Policy Management.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ability to apply them effectively on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficiency in developing complex workflows, business rules, and client scripts using various tools such as scripting languages like JavaScript or HTML.
