- Strong experience in update sets, application repository and deployment
- Experience with testing and validation after release deployment
- Ability to analyze and resolve post-release technical issues
Activities / Requirements:
- Planning and coordinating two major platform releases within the year
- Performing instance migration activities (Dev, Test, Production environments)
- Managing update set deployments and release packaging
- Executing release validation and regression testing
- Monitoring system behavior and resolving release-related incidents
Personal profile:
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work under release timelines and deadlines
- Good communication with development and support teams
- Proactive approach to identifying risks and improvements
- High level of technical responsibility and ownership
Expected Scope of work / Responsibilities:
Planning and execution of two major ServiceNow platform releases during the year
Coordination of migration activities between different instances
Validation of deployment packages, update sets and configuration changes
Performing release testing and ensuring system stability after deployment
Supporting teams during release windows and resolving deployment issues
Preparing release documentation and change records
Monitoring system performance and ensuring successful completion of release activities
Participation in release planning meetings and post-release review session
