ServiceNow Developer - Coimbatore Location - Hybrid mode
Role Overview
Builds ServiceNow App Engine workflows, orchestration and integrations that support the underwriting platform.
Experience Profile
6 - 8 years of ServiceNow development experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop on ServiceNow App Engine: workflows, Flow Designer and orchestration.
- Build and integrate REST / SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub spokes.
- Configure and customise applications; scripting (JavaScript), business rules and UI.
- Maintain CMDB hygiene and follow platform best practice.
- Collaborate with the Tech Lead and Business Analyst on requirements.
Required Skills
- ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer / orchestration and IntegrationHub.
- API integration and JavaScript scripting.
- Strong understanding of workflow and process automation.
Preferred / Nice-to-have
- CSA / CAD certification.
- Module specialisation (ITSM / ITOM / custom apps).
