Servicenow Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement process improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM processes and resolve them efficiently using ServiceNow tools.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT service management.

Job Requirements :

• 4-7 years of experience in ITSM development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ITIL v3 or later versions (ITSM) principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in developing scripts using JavaScript or other programming languages as needed.
• Experience working with ServiceNow platform including configuration, customization, integration, reporting & analytics.
