Servicenow Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop custom workflows, business rules, and integrations using Servicenow Development framework.
• Troubleshoot issues related to service catalog management, UI policies, and other ITSM modules.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in ITSM (ServiceNow).
• Strong understanding of Service Catalog Management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in developing customizations using Servicenow Development framework (e.g., UI Policy).
• Experience working with various integration technologies such as APIs or messaging queues.
