Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow professional to collaborate with stakeholders, design, and implement solutions across various ServiceNow modules. The role involves development, upgrades, automation, and ensuring optimal platform performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Work across modules such as:
- ITSM Pro
- HRSD Pro
- CSM Pro
- App Engine
- Enterprise integrations
- Handle ServiceNow upgrades, including testing and deployment
- Analyze current (as-is) processes and recommend automation opportunities
- Provide consulting support for new enhancements and automation initiatives
- Ensure smooth integration with enterprise systems
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Expertise in multiple modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, App Engine)
- Experience in ServiceNow upgrades, testing, and deployment
- Knowledge of integration and automation solutions
- Ability to analyze business processes and propose improvements
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Exposure to enterprise-scale implementations
