- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB.
- Experience with ServiceNow API integration (REST, SOAP).
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API).
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles within the ServiceNow platform.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
