Servicenow Developer-ITOM

Must-Have :

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on ITOM applications.
• Strong knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, MID Server configuration, and IntegrationHub.
• Hands-on experience integrating with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Nagios).
• Experience in CMDB architecture, CI classes, relationships, and reconciliation rules.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM (preferred).
• Good understanding of ITIL v4 processes (Event, Incident, Change, Configuration).
• Develop and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules including:
• Discovery & CMDB population (using probes, sensors, and patterns).
• Service Mapping to define application dependencies.
• Event Management with third-party monitoring tools
• Design and maintain custom workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer automations.
• Build integrations with monitoring and CMDB tools via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
• Ensure CMDB data accuracy and compliance with ITIL processes.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Discovery schedules, patterns, and classification rules.
• Collaborate with ITSM, SecOps, and ITAM teams for cross-module integrations.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and feature enhancements for ITOM applications.
