ServiceNow CSA or CIS certification mandate!

Strong senior ServiceNow developers with 7 to 9 years of experience, particularly candidates with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), Service Portal, UI Builder, portal development, integrations, and overall platform engineering.

Needs core ServiceNow skills which are more important than deep AI exposure as the candidates with a solid technical foundation can be trained on the newer AI capabilities later.

JD:

• Develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and maintain ACLs, UI Builder, Workspaces, and Service Catalog.
• Build and enhance custom applications using JavaScript and ServiceNow best practices.
• Develop solutions using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities, including LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), into ServiceNow workflows.
• Design secure and scalable integrations using REST APIs.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver platform enhancements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with:
• ACLs (Access Controls)
• UI Builder
• Workspace Development (Agent Workspace/Configurable Workspace)
• Service Catalog
• Flow Designer
• Integration Hub
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills.
• Experience with REST APIs and integrations.
