ServiceNow developer / Sr

Requirements

• Min. 3 years of hands-on experience in design, development, deployment on the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB Asset).
• Experience in CMDB, Discovery, and integration with other external modules.
• Hands-on in Glide Scripting, Jelly Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX.
• Experience in integrations with third-party tools using web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.
• ServiceNow administration experience.
• Good understanding of ITIL v3 processes.
• ITIL Foundation v3 certification; ServiceNow Administration certification preferred.
• Ability to work on aggressive schedules; may require work beyond normal hours.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written; effectively communicate with the client.
