Roles and Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement ITSM solutions using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for ITSM solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITSM solutions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for ITSM
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall code quality
Job Requirements
- Minimum years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, etc
- Experience with GRC-IRM is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
