The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, and TPRM modules, along with a solid understanding of domain separation. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying solutions that meet business needs while adhering to ServiceNow best practices. Success in this position requires strong debugging skills, a deep understanding of the platform, and proficiency with modern ServiceNow development tools to ensure scalable and maintainable implementations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules: ITSM, CSM, and TPRM. Implement and manage domain separation for multi-tenant environments. Debug and troubleshoot complex issues across ServiceNow applications. Utilize modern ServiceNow development tools such as Flow Designer, App Engine Studio.

Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of ServiceNow HAM Pro functionalities, including asset lifecycle management (procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement). Technical Leadership: Guide developers, perform code reviews, and establish technical standards and governance for configurations and customizations. Integration & Data Accuracy: Integrate HAM with ServiceNow CMDB, SAM, ITOM Discovery, and external tools (e.g., SCCM) to ensure data integrity and compliance. Configuration & Customization: Develop and maintain HAM workflows, dashboards, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts. Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and support teams with best practices and troubleshooting complex issues. Well-versed in modern web technologies and cloud computing architectural principles for cloud-based platforms that include SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automation Understanding of Application and Technology Portfolio Management Experience with discovery technologies (ADDM, TADDM, UD, etc.) Familiar with scripting technology such as JavaScript, PowerShell, Perl, wmi, ssh, python, Xpath, SNMP Experience of custom applications development Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory/SSO. Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM Monitor health, usage and compliance of ServiceNow systems. Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features. Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script strongly preferred Experience with scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, etc.) Excellent collaboration skills including analysis, brainstorming, communication, teamwork.
