• Lead technical solution design sessions
• Contribute to process improvement and documentation within the CSM domain
• Design, code, and troubleshoot applications in ServiceNow CSM modules
• Ensure smooth operation of Customer Service Management processes
• Provide support for troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis
• Work with UI Pages, Macros, Menus, Workspace, Workflows, Flow Designers, and Integration Hub
• Develop Service Portal using JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML, and CSS
• Build and manage scoped applications and custom apps
• Utilize REST/SOAP APIs, Spokes, App Designer, and Glide System APIs
