Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes, including CMDB, ITOM, and ServiceNow implementations.
• Provide technical support to customers on IT asset management solutions using ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions for clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT asset management.

Job Requirements :

• 7-19 years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), or related field.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its applications in ITAM/ITOM domains.
• Experience working with various stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
