Role Description:

SC Global Networks- Industry X INTELLIGENT ASSET MANAGEMENT

With A Team of Leading Practitioners having deep functional industry knowledge specializing in the area of Asset Integrity and Reliability Management, Master Data Management, EAM Maintenance Execution, Material MRO Management, Industry Analytics and Digital Industrial Workforce

Key responsibilities include:

1. Understand the business problems and processes of the clients, and create functional solution of the same
2. Responsible for the functional and technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow platform (Operational technology Module/ITAM/ITSM/FSM)
3. Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.
4. Provide expertise on all technical questions related to the development of ServiceNow
5. Understand the large-scale thinking and approach needed for the success of the project Create and manage scripts and workflow.

Your experience counts

Qualifications: Engineering Degree (Tier-1 institutes) Fundamental understanding of ServiceNow OTM/FSM/EAM/ITSM, ITIL or CMDB with experience on ServiceNow implementation for 4+ years.

Experience:-

• Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders
• Experience creating and maintaining business rules, data policies, client scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Notifications, ACLs, Workflow, Variables, Portal Widgets, and Flow Designer Flows.
• Significant experience with ServiceNow implementations
• Strong communication, Strong presentation, and writing skills
• Experience with the development and implementation of ServiceNow Operational Technology Module/ITAM/FSM/ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, or other ITSM application.
• Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
• Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules like Sec Ops, GRC etc.
• Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow like Business rules, script includes, UI actions, schedules jobs, etc.
• Experience in one (or more) scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell)
• Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs (Preferred)
• System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP

Other Key Competencies and Skills:

• Understanding the basics of asset management
• Upcoming digital tools and strategies to help potential clients.
• Developing local accelerators (e.g. excel scripts, python scripts) to help accelerate work delivery
• Understanding overall refinery business
• Understanding how to utilize Asset Management skills across other departments such as reliability, inventory management.
• Use of data analytics to analyze and provide analytical data solutions
