• The consultant will be responsible for ServiceNow implementation, configuration, enhancement, troubleshooting, and client-side support for the assigned module. The role requires hands-on experience in understanding business requirements, configuring ServiceNow modules, working with workflows, forms, tables, roles, ACLs, integrations, reports, dashboards, and supporting UAT / production activities. Candidate should be able to coordinate with client stakeholders and delivery teams for timely project execution.

Skills

• Hands-on experience in any one or more of the following ServiceNow modules:
• SPM Strategic Portfolio Management,
• TSM Telecom Service Management,
• SIR Security Incident Response,
• VR Vulnerability Response.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration, workflows / Flow Designer, catalog items, scripting, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, integrations, reporting, dashboards, and ServiceNow best practices mandatory.
