ServiceNow CMDB ITOM Consultant

• We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB / ITOM Consultant with strong expertise in managing and optimizing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules within the ServiceNow platform.
• The role involves designing and maintaining CMDB data models, managing CI relationships, and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of CMDB data.
• The candidate will implement and support ITOM capabilities including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, as well as configure and maintain MID Servers for integrations and automated discovery.
• Responsibilities include integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems, monitoring CMDB health dashboards, performing data audits, and ensuring adherence to CMDB governance standards.
• The consultant will collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and development teams to maintain CMDB best practices and support ITIL-aligned processes such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, hands-on ServiceNow platform experience, and the ability to manage enterprise-level CMDB and ITOM implementations.
