Job Description
Provides administration support of ServiceNow CMDB databases utilizing the latest technology and information management methodologies to meet requirements for providing accurate and up to date Configuration Item (CI) and asset data
Creates and maintains import and transform maps to load and update CMDB data
Reconciles CIs from different data sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
Utilize Discovery and Service Mapping functionalities to update CI’s and create relationship of business applications, application services, and component CI’s, as well as manually create and maintain CI relationships
Utilize CMDB Health Dashboard to drive for data completeness, compliance, and correctness
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in data architecture, information management or similar field
ServiceNow certification (IT Service Management, Service Mapping, Discovery ideal)
Understanding of Erwin and other database modeling and management tools
Creative problem-solver with strong communication skills
Previous Work Experience:
+5 years of professional leadership, prior experience in a IT/IS shared services environment preferred
At least 3+ years of ServiceNow CMDB working experience
Demonstrated experience in a large international organization involving substantial chang.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good understanding of ServiceNow core data and CSDM
ITIL V3 (and understanding of ITIL V4)
Language: Advanced English level
