The ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst will leverage over 6 years of experience to manage HRSD and ITSM modules including Service Catalog, CMDB, Incident, Change Request Management. Key responsibilities
Manage and analyze ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Service Catalog, CMDB, Incident, Change Request Management
Lead HRSD migration and SaaS License Management
Gather requirements and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
Perform process mapping and gap analysis
Work within Agile/Scrum methodology
Provide UAT support and coordinate with stakeholders
Requirements
