Job Description
- Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors/SAP HCM solutions to customers.
- Lead multi-cultural teams to deliver SuccessFactors/SAP HCM solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Guide customers on SAP best practices for quick wins.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and trainings.
- Develop and ensure the quality of process models.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of application consulting experience.
- Good knowledge of multiple SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Solutions, including Employee Central, Payroll, and Talent modules.
- Certified in at least one SuccessFactors module.
- At least (6-8) end-to-end implementation experiences in SuccessFactors/SAP HCM.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM on-premise solution is preferable.
- Understanding of industry-specific business processes is beneficial.
- SF Integration knowledge is a plus.
- EC Payroll experience and skills are advantageous.
- HXM Lead.
