- Experience: 3 5 years of deep, hands-on experience in ServiceNow BCM/BCP . You know BIA (Business Impact Analysis) and Recovery Plans like the back of your hand.
- The Badge: You hold relevant ServiceNow Certifications (CIS-BCM is a must; CIS-IRM is a huge plus).
