ServiceNow ATF Tester

"Job Summary The ServiceNow ATF Tester will be responsible for designing,
developing, and executing automated test cases using the
ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). The role ensures
the quality, reliability, and stability of ServiceNow applications,
integrations, and customizations by validating functionality across
development, SIT, UAT, and production readiness.
Key Responsibilities Lead project planning, execution, and delivery of Design,
develop, and maintain automated test cases using the
ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end
testing for ServiceNow applications and workflows.
Validate ServiceNow customizations, REST API
integrations, Flow Designer workflows, and UI
components.
Analyze test results, identify defects, log issues, and
collaborate with developers to resolve them.
Support SIT, UAT, release validation, and production
deployment activities.
Prepare test plans, test scripts, execution reports, and
ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required Skill Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test
Framework (ATF).
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM/CSM modules,
workflows, and platform functionality.
Experience in functional, regression, integration, and API
testing.
Familiarity with REST APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub,
and ServiceNow customizations.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and defect management
skills using Agile testing methodologies.

Certifications Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) "
