• Experience in performing manual and automated testing

• Proficiency in ServiceNow Platform and Automated Testing Framework

• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules(ITSM GRC, IRM, SRM)

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Architecture, and functionalities

• Good Problem solving abilities

• Independent and collaborative working abilities

Your key responsibilities

• Knowledge of scripting languages like Javascript

• Familiarity with Testing Automation tools and frameworks

• Analyze complex requirements and design effective test cases

• Hands-on experience with ATF in ServiceNow

• Work with developers, business analyst and stakeholders to define the testing requirements

• Create test cases, and develop automated testing scripts using frameworks like ATF, Selenium

• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather testing requirements

Your skills and experience

The person required for the above position should have the following profile:

• 5-8 years of ServiceNow Testing Experience

• ServiceNow in-depth ITSM product knowledge is required, ITOM (Discovery/CMP/Service Mapping), GRC, IRM

• Proficiency with ServiceNow Development such as scripting, Flow designers (low code, no code) and integrations

• Good understanding of REST API testing and validation

• Proficiency in using JIRA, ServiceNow for defect tracking

• Perform functional, regression, system integration, performance testing

• Maintain Test Case documentation, reports, test artifacts

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
