Job Summary (List Format):
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB).
- Architect scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and IT requirements.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB).
- Design CMDB architecture, governance, and data model strategies.
- Build and optimize ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping for infrastructure visibility.
- Integrate ServiceNow with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM.
- Develop automation workflows using PowerShell scripting.
- Design and implement integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub).
- Establish best practices for CMDB data quality, reconciliation, and normalization.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and endpoint teams for automation initiatives.
- Lead platform governance, performance optimization, and architectural reviews for ServiceNow.
- Support process improvements in incident, change, problem, and asset management.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Required Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management)
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration)
- Expertise in ServiceNow CMDB (Data Model Design, CI Relationships, CMDB Health, Reconciliation Rules, Data Governance)
- Experience with integrations (Microsoft Intune/SCCM, REST, SOAP, MID Server)
- Automation skills (PowerShell scripting)
