Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and implement technical solutions using ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize HRSD processes.
- Develop custom scripts in JavaScript to automate tasks and improve efficiency in HR service delivery.
- Provide expert-level support for CSM (Customer Service Management) tools within the organization.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of Servicenow development, including its technical architecture and capabilities.
- Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficiency in JavaScript programming language.
