Roles and Responsibilities:
10+ years overall, 5+ years as ServiceNow Solution Architect and least 1 project using ServiceNow AI capability
Working knowledge of ServiceNow AI and automation features.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, or App Engine).
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
One or more CIS certifications preferred (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, ITOM).
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in or with sales, delivery, and proposal teams.
Ability to provide integrated ServiceNow solution along with other technologies
