Job Description

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing and optimising ServiceNow solutions to meet customer needs. You will be responsible for leading complex implementation, upgrade and customisation projects, guiding technical teams, and ensuring the outcomes-focused and highest standards in solution delivery. You will also be responsible for developing the skills of other Fusion consultants.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and conduct workshops to understand requirements and present-day challenges.
  • Translate high-level business requirements into outcomes-based technical solutions, considering performance, security and platform scalability requirements.
  • Manage the implementation of ServiceNow to deliver outcomes and value to customers.
  • Provide architectural oversight and guidance throughout the implementation and upgrade process, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
  • Collaborate with the global team, including architects, developers and business analysts.
  • Design integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems or applications using various integration methods.
  • Lead the configuration and customisations of ITSM modules.
  • Implement performance best practices for efficient data handling and optimise client-side and server-side scripts.
  • Use the Automated Test Framework to validate configurations and customisations.
  • Lead, mentor, and facilitate training for a team of developers, administrators, and analysts throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ITIL V4 Foundation certified.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including over 3 years in a lead architect role.
  • Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, integration, and customisation.
  • In-depth understanding of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, and others.
  • ServiceNow Certifications: CIS-ITSM (mandatory), CSA (mandatory), CTA (preferred).
  • Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow development best practices.
