Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (Contract to Hire)
Company: RHI Magnesita (via Protiviti Initial Contract)
Location: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad
Experience: 12+ Years
Employment Type: Contract - Initial 6 months with Protiviti (payroll)
Post 6 months, transition to RHI Magnesita permanent role based on performance
Solution Architecture
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards.
- Define platform architecture, technical roadmaps, and best practices.
- Lead discovery, requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation activities.
- Ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
ServiceNow Platform Expertise
- Architect and implement solutions across:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- ITAM
- ITBM/SPM
- HRSD
- CSM
- SecOps
- GRC/IRM
- CMDB & Discovery
- Service Portal / Employee Center
- Workflow Automation
Integration & Automation
- Design integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- Integration Hub
- MID Server
- Web Services
- ETL tools
- Implement automation and orchestration solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Technical Leadership
- Provide architectural guidance to developers and administrators.
- Review technical designs, code quality, and platform configurations.
- Establish development standards and governance frameworks.
- Mentor project teams and ServiceNow consultants.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business leaders, product owners, and technical stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Present architecture recommendations and solution roadmaps to executives.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform governance.
- Drive instance health, upgrade planning, security compliance, and platform optimization.
- Lead architecture reviews and risk assessments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
- 12–18 years of overall IT experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- 4+ years of experience as Solution Architect/Technical Architect.
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.
