Job Description

  • Leading thearchitecture and designing of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment withbusiness goals, industry best practices, and platform capabilities.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them intoscalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Defining and enforcing ServiceNow governance standards, including architecture principles,design patterns, and development guidelines.
  • Evaluating existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for automation,optimization, and integration within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Developing technical roadmaps and solution architectures to support the long\-termevolution of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Providing technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers, administrators,and other team members.
  • Staying current with ServiceNow releases, features, and functionality, assessing theirpotential impact and value to the organization.
  • Leading proof\-of\-concept initiatives and prototype new solutions to demonstrate thefeasibility and value of proposed ServiceNow enhancements.
  • Collaborating with cross\-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other enterprisesystems and platforms.
    What it takes:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
    • 5+ yearsof experience architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions, includingServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified ImplementationSpecialist (CIS) certifications.
    • Expert\-levelknowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including IT Service Management(ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
    • Provenexperience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow workflows,integrations, and custom applications.
    • Strongunderstanding of enterprise architecture principles, including integrationpatterns, security frameworks, and scalability requirements.
    • Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability toeffectively convey technical concepts to non\-technical audiences.
    • Strongleadership skills and ability to lead cross\-functional teams in a fast\-paced,dynamic environment.
    • ServiceNowCertified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Engineer (CIE),or other relevant certifications are a plus.
