Servicenow Architect

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions for clients across various industries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical designs for ITSM processes.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.
• Provide expert-level support to customers on ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.

Job Requirements :

• 9-18 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in CMDB, ITSM, SNOW (ServiceNow Operations Workflow), SPM (Service Performance Management).
• Strong understanding of integration capabilities between different systems using APIs or other integration tools.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time while managing multiple stakeholders' expectations.
