Servicenow Architect

Job Description:

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and CMDB.
• Define and enforce platform governance, architecture principles, and coding standards.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
• Oversee ServiceNow integrations with enterprise tools like Jira, Azure, SAP, AWS, or Active Directory.
• Provide solution blueprints, proof of concepts (POCs), and best practices for automation and performance.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (Client Script, Business Rule, UI Policy, Flow Designer).
• Work with ServiceNow API, MID Server, Integration Hub, and Discovery tools.
• Manage upgrades, migrations, and ensure platform stability and optimization.

Skills Required:

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture & development.
• Strong understanding of CMDB design, CSDM framework, and service mapping.
• Experience leading end-to-end implementations or multi-module rollouts.
• Certifications preferred:
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (any 2+ modules)
• ITSM/ITOM Implementation or Service Mapping Certification
