Key responsibilities
  • Strong exposure to large enterprise implementations
  • Establish standards, patterns, and best practices across ServiceNow modules
  • Define data models, workflows, integrations, and automation strategies
  • Work directly with stakeholders to:
  • Understand business requirements
  • Convert them into scalable ServiceNow solutions
Role requirements
  • 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
  • Proven experience in an Architect role
  • Key ServiceNow Modules
  • ITSM
  • ITOM
  • CSM / TSM
  • HRSD
  • SecOps
  • CMDB Discovery
  • ServiceNow configuration and customization
  • JavaScript, Glide APIs (client server-side)
  • End-to-end implementations and integrations
  • Client-facing communication experience
  • ServiceNow best practices and security
  • CSA / CIS / CAD / CTA certifications preferred
