Servicenow Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for creating architectural designs, guiding technical teams, and ensuring alignment between business requirements and technology solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow architectures.
  
• Define and enforce ServiceNow platform governance, best practices, and architectural standards.
  
• Design custom applications, integrations, workflows, and automation using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
  
• Oversee ServiceNow upgrades, platform maintenance, and security compliance.
  
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams and ServiceNow administrators.
  
• Manage multi-module implementations (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps) ensuring seamless integration and data integrity.
  
• Lead solution reviews, code audits, and performance tuning.
  
• Drive platform roadmap planning, including modernization and cloud adoption strategies.
  
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and consultants to integrate external systems (ERP, CRM,

Required Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory; advanced certifications (CAD, CIS, CIS-SecOps) are highly preferred.
  
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to lead and mentor teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
