Integration Strategy: Design secure, enterprise-level integration architectures between ServiceNow and third-party systems (e.g., Azure, SAP, AWS) using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, and middleware.
Innovation & Roadmapping: Evaluate new ServiceNow release features (e.g., GenAI, Predictive Intelligence) to determine their applicability to the current environment and business goals.
Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with executive leadership and business owners to translate strategic requirements into functional platform capabilities.
