Opportunity to lead architectural design of ServiceNow implementations. Involvement in full lifecycle from requirement to rollout. Exposure to advanced integrations and automation. Experience: 8+ yrs total, 5+ yrs relevant in ServiceNow. Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow ITSM and Integrations. Proficient in scripting, workflows, and solution architecture.

  • Gather requirements and perform solution design.
  • Assess impact of new solutions and configuration changes.
  • Develop and configure scripts, catalog forms, and workflows.
  • Build and support integrations with other systems.
  • Conduct system integration and unit testing.
  • Provide support during UAT and production rollout.
  • Implement automation solutions.
