Key Skills:
Certified ServiceNow Architect with strong platform expertise
Hands-on experience in Employee Center / Employee Center Pro
Experience with Now Assist AI (GenAI capabilities in ServiceNow)
Strong expertise in ServiceNow Portal Architecture UI/UX design
Experience in Process Orchestration within ServiceNow
Knowledge of SharePoint Integration and external data sources
Expertise in Dashboards, Reporting Data Visualization
Strong understanding of Universal Ticketing Systems
Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, integrations (REST APIs)
Hands-on experience in Employee Center / Employee Center Pro

Define scalable architecture for Employee Center and AI-driven service experiences
Drive Process Orchestration using existing ServiceNow capabilities
Design intuitive, mobile-responsive UI/UX for portals
Oversee development of POC with universal ticketing and AI-based solutions
Ensure seamless integration with SharePoint and external systems
Provide technical leadership and ensure best practices implementation
Define scalable architecture for Employee Center and AI-driven service experiences
