- CMDB & CSDM - 5+ years
- Integration (REST, SOAP, APIs) - 5+ years
- JavaScript / Glide API - 5+ years
- ITIL v3/v4 - 5+ years
- Architecture Experience - 3+ years
Detailed Job Description:
Architecture & Design:
- Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB.
- Prepare HLD, LLD and architecture diagrams.
- Design scalable and secure solutions.
CMDB & ITOM Expertise:
- Architect CMDB aligned with CSDM.
- Implement Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.
- Ensure data quality and governance.
Platform Governance:
- Define standards and governance.
- Conduct Architecture and CAB reviews.
Implementation Leadership:
- Lead ServiceNow implementations.
- Guide development teams and ensure quality.
Integration & Automation:
- Integrate with cloud, AD, SAP and monitoring tools.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage business and IT stakeholders.
- Lead solution discussions and workshops.
Continuous Improvement:
- Optimize performance and drive automation.
- Improve SLA and MTTR.
Certifications (Preferred):
- ServiceNow CSA
- CIS (ITSM/ITOM)
- CTA/CMA
- ITIL Foundation
