ServiceNow Architect ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / SecOps / GRC

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with strong hands-on expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, or GRC/IRM to lead enterprise-scale solution architecture, design, and implementation initiatives on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture and implementation strategy
• Lead architecture, design, and technical governance for enterprise ServiceNow programs
• Provide hands-on guidance on development, integrations, CMDB, workflows, and platform best practices
• Design scalable and maintainable solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules
• Lead workshops, requirement discussions, and technical solutioning with customers and stakeholders
• Define integration architecture with enterprise applications and third-party tools
• Drive platform optimization, governance, security, and upgrade strategy
• Mentor developers and technical teams during project execution
• Support estimation, solution proposals, and pre-sales activities

Required Skills Experience:

• 8+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in at least two of the following modules:
  • ITSM
  • ITOM
  • ITAM
  • SecOps
  • GRC / IRM
• Deep understanding of CMDB, CSDM, and ServiceNow platform architecture
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
• Experience designing REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications and third-party tools
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and ITIL processes
• Experience handling large-scale ServiceNow implementations and transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• ITSM Enterprise service management design, Catalog, SLA, workflow, and portal architecture
• ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and monitoring integrations
• ITAM HAM/SAM architecture, Asset lifecycle, and procurement integrations
• SecOps Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and security ecosystem integrations
• GRC / IRM Risk Compliance frameworks, Audit, Policy, and Vendor Risk Management

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow CSA Mandatory
• CAD Preferred
• CTA / CMA / CIS certifications Preferred
• ITIL Foundation Certification Advantage
