Job Description

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, implementation, and integration of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across ServiceNow modules, strong technical leadership capabilities, and experience driving ITIL-based digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions while ensuring platform governance and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

- Design scalable solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM modules.

- Define platform architecture, development standards, and governance frameworks.

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.

- Design and implement integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

- Lead Service Catalog design, workflow automation, and service request implementation.

- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and ServiceNow development standards.

- Review solution designs, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Drive platform optimization, performance tuning, security, and upgrade planning.

- Support release management, deployment strategy, and platform governance.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Development and Technical Architecture.

- Hands-on experience with :

1. ITSM

2. Customer Service Management (CSM)

3. HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

4. IT Operations Management (ITOM)

5. Service Catalog

- Strong JavaScript development skills.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

- Solid understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

- Good knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management best practices.

- Experience in platform governance, performance optimization, and security best practices.

- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

- Experience leading technical teams and solution delivery.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (Preferred).

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

- Implementation Specialist certifications in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or ITOM are a plus.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any equivalent graduate degree.
