About the Opportunity :

InfoGrowth Staffing Partner is hiring a ServiceNow App Engine Architect for one of our leading clients. We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow professional with strong expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-grade low-code/no-code applications using the ServiceNow App Engine platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ServiceNow architecture, App Engine, Creator Workflows, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, Workspace Development, data modeling, enterprise integrations, security, and solution governance.

Role Summary :

The ServiceNow App Engine Architect will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications on the ServiceNow App Engine platform.

The role requires the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, define application architecture and data models, design workflows and integrations, establish development standards, and provide technical leadership to development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design scalable enterprise applications using ServiceNow App Engine.

- Lead solution architecture discussions and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Define application architecture, data models, workflows, integrations, and security controls.

- Develop and govern App Engine development standards, technical best practices, reusable components, and solution frameworks.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and delivery teams.

- Design and review integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs.

- Support technical estimation, solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical proposal development.

- Guide developers through technical mentoring, solution reviews, code reviews, and deployment governance.

- Ensure platform scalability, performance, security, maintainability, and adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.

- Participate in customer workshops, solution demonstrations, technical discussions, and architecture review sessions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 - 6 years of overall IT experience.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow App Engine / Creator Workflows.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow App Engine architecture and application development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

- Experience with Service Catalog, UI Builder, and Workspace Development.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Data Modeling.

- Experience implementing ACLs, security controls, Client Scripts, and Business Rules.

- Experience building enterprise-grade custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and API-based development.

- Experience in defining scalable application architecture and reusable development components.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- ServiceNow Certified Application Architect certification is preferred.

- Exposure to AI-powered solutions, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations is desirable.
