Key Responsibilities
Role Summary:
TEKsystems Global Services is hiring a ServiceNow AI Engineer to design, enable, and operate enterprise AI capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on implementing Now Assist and Moveworks integrations using a configuration-first approach, ensuring scalability, governance, and security across HRSD, ITSM, ITOM, and enterprise service management (ESM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy Now Assist AI capabilities.
- Build reusable AI solutions and standardized platform patterns.
- Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, and privacy standards.
- Support AI lifecycle management, including deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Collaborate with architecture, product, and security teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
- 3+ years in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integrations.
- 1+ year of experience with Now Assist or AI capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of platform architecture, governance, and integration patterns.
