The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow AI capabilities, Generative AI technologies, enterprise architecture, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Define and drive the enterprise AI roadmap within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Architect scalable, secure, and governed AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Design AI-powered service management, employee experience, customer service, and business workflow solutions.

Lead implementation of:
  1. ServiceNow Now Assist
  2. AI Agents
  3. Predictive Intelligence
  4. Virtual Agent
  5. Document Intelligence
  6. Process Mining
  7. Automation Engine
  8. Intelligent Search
  9. Generative AI Controller


Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
Understanding of AI agents and autonomous workflows.
Familiarity with MLOps and AI lifecycle management.
