Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage hardware assets across multiple locations, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with IT teams to identify and resolve issues related to hardware assets.
• Develop and maintain documentation for hardware asset management processes and procedures.
• Analyze data to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) or Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform for managing IT services and operations.
• Experience with configuring workflows, business rules, and integrations within ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets to drive business decisions.
