• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Customize and enhance ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC modules.
• Build and maintain workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and business rules.
• Develop client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and server-side scripts.
• Create and maintain Service Catalog items and request workflows.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
• Perform platform upgrades, patch management, and instance maintenance.
• Troubleshoot incidents, defects, and performance issues.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
