ServiceNow IRM Senior Developer

Role Summary

Responsible for designing, configuring, and extending ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions with strong hands on expertise across Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk, and integrated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM modules (Risk, Compliance, Audit, VRM).
  • Develop advanced Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer flows.
  • Build and customize risk scoring models, control objectives, assessments, issues, and remediation workflows.
  • Integrate IRM with CMDB, SecOps, ITSM, TPRM, external GRC tools, and data sources.
  • Create executive dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics.
  • Support upgrades, patching, and regression testing across ServiceNow releases.
  • Troubleshoot complex platform/configuration issues and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4 8+ years on ServiceNow platform, 2+ years on IRM/GRC.
  • Strong JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
  • Solid understanding of risk, controls, compliance frameworks, and audit concepts.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • ServiceNow CSA, CIS-IRM
  • IT Risk / GRC / Security certifications are an advantage
